07:30 The Guide will welcome You at Opera Garnier Steps or at the Reception of Your hotel due to Your wish. The Trip begins. There are approx. 387 km to drive on a highway from Paris to Mont Saint-Michel. It takes in general around 4 hours. After 200 km it will be a short stop at a rest area.
The Guide will give You general Information about the French history connected to Normandy, Brittany, especially Fougeres and Mont Saint-Michel.
11:30 - 15:30 Arrival at Mont Saint-Michel and visit of the Benedictine Abbey. Free time to enjoy Mont Saint-Michel, time for Lunch.

After arrival at UNESCO World Heritage Mont Saint-Michel your guide will bring You up the narrow streets of the medieval village toward the top sharing with You stories and legends. On the top of the Island You can admire panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and bay and enter the Benedictine Abbey. Entrance tickets into the Abbey include audio-guides in English.

First settled by man in the year 709 it contains Medieval village & beautiful Abbey fortress dedicated to Saint Michael the Archangel. The construction of the Benedictine Abbey started in the 700’s and continued through the 1200’s. The whole island is classified by UNESCO as a world heritage site. It remains practically the same since the Middle Ages as it was the goal of pilgrims from all over the world. Mont Saint Michel remains the most visited site of France.

16:15 Arrival in Fougeres and Walking tour Fougeres. In the 11th century, Brittany was a rich and flourishing duchy that needed to be protected. Thus arose the "golden arc" of fortified cities: Chateaubriand, Vitré, Fougeres, Rennes. Fougeres, with its 11th-century fortress, was the main bastion of the Breton defense line.
17:30 Departure to Paris. After the Fougeres visit the back ride to Paris begins. There are approx. 330 km to drive on a highway. It takes 3,5 to 4 hours. One stop can be made at the rest area upon Your wish.
20:30/21:00 Coming back to Paris. Drop Off at Your hotel.
